Extend your warranty to a full 4 years with Plustek's Premium-Plus Service. Premium Service includes the comfortable advance exchange. If your scanner should be defective, you will receive a new device within two work days. The defective device is to be shipped to Plustek free of charge. Loss of usage time of your scanner is minimised. Additionaly you will receive support from Plustek's technical hotline. Plustek's technical support will call you back right away on notice of a dysfunction and advise and help in a competent manner.
